After being summoned twice, Haris Azhar and Fatia are now reported by the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
Luhut came directly to Polda Metro Jaya to report Haris Azhar and Fatia that, on Wednesday (22/9) yesterday. In the report, Luhut was accompanied by his lawyer Juniver Girsang.

Luhut Polices Haris Azhar-Fatia related to slander
Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan revealed that he reported Haris Azhar da Fatia on charges of slander and defamation. Luhut reported that both of them felt slandered about the mining business in Papua.
“(It is reported) that Haris Azhar is the same as Fatia,” Luhut told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Wednesday (22/9).
Luhut’s report is registered with the number: STTLP/B/4702/IX/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, 22 September 2021. Luhut reported Haris Azhar and Fatia regarding the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE).
Luhut previously summoned Haris Azhar and Fatia related to content on YouTube entitled ‘There is a Lord Luhut Behind Intan Jaya’s Economic Relations-Military Ops!! General BIN Also There!!’. Luhut finally took legal action after two subpoenas were ignored.
Luhut said two subpoenas were enough. Luhut mentions that Haris Azhar and Fatia’s accusations have gone too far.
“I remind you that there is no absolute freedom, all freedom is responsible so I have the right to defend my human rights,” he said.
