JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The Pro-Democracy Activist Network (ProDem) report on the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and the Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir regarding the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test business was finally received by Polda Metro Jaya.
The report was previously rejected due to differences of opinion between Prodem and the police.
“Reports against Mr. Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and Erick Thohir were finally accepted by Polda Metro Jaya,” said Chairman of the Prodem Assembly Iwan Sumule, Tuesday (1/11/2021).

The report is contained in the LP Number LP/B/5734/XI/2021/SPKT/ Polda Metro Jaya.
Iwan expressed his great appreciation to the Polda Metro Jaya for considering the Prodem report.
“We express our appreciation and gratitude to the Polda Metro Jaya for providing us with legal equality,” he said.
Iwan explained, Prodem reported Luhut and Erick for alleged criminal violations of Article 5 Number 4 in conjunction with Article 21 and Article 22 of Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of a Clean and Free State of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism.
Previously reported, Polda Mtero Jaya rejected the Prodem report against Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan Erick Thohir regarding allegations of corruption, collusion and nepotism in the PCR business at PT GSI.
