Lufthansa to accumulate Italian airline Eta

Berlin : Lufthansa to accumulate Italian airline Ita (Italia Transporto Aero Ita). The European Union Fee has granted approval.

Ita has 4,500 staff. The Lufthansa Group has roughly 99,000 staff. Lufthansa has already merged Swiss, Austrian and Brussels Airways whereas retaining the manufacturers. .

The acquisition will give Lufthansa entry to the Italian market. Within the first part, Lufthansa will obtain a 41 % share. The acquisition will likely be accomplished over the subsequent few years.
