Swedish composer Ludwig Göransson is nominated for an Oscar for the music in the film Oppenheimer. He competes, among other things, against the music in the films “Killers of the Flower Moon” and “Poor Things”, at the gala which takes place on March 10.
The nomination came as expected after Ludwig Göransson’s wins at the Golden Globes and Critics Choice Awards for Oppenheimer’s soundtrack. Previously, Göransson won an Oscar in 2019 for the music in Black Panther.
Other films nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Score are American Fiction, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Killers of the Flower Moon and Poor Things.
