However, the legal representative Helena Vondráčková and her husband Martina Michala Jana Gavlasová do not agree with this. “If Mr. Šinágl had not pointed the finger at Mr. Vondráček, Mr. Vondráček would not have been in the role of the accused,” said Gavlasová Flash. “The fact that Mr. Vondráček should participate in the legal dispute was evaluated by the relevant public prosecutor,” the lawyer thinks. Her clients did not comment on the appeals court decision.
