First rain
It will rain in a large part of the Netherlands. Although the weather will not be as extreme as during the Whitsun weekend, there will be 10 millimeters of rain locally. By way of comparison: normally 66 millimeters fall in the whole of June.
“The heaviest showers fall in the southeast, but everyone should actually keep an umbrella at hand. We have to get through this before it gets drier. I think farmers and people with a garden will be happy.” It doesn’t get cold by the way: the temperature can rise to 18 degrees.

There will also be a few showers tomorrow, but from Friday it will be really drier. “Then there will be hardly any rain. There may be a local shower, but most people will experience this weekend as dry and sunny.”
25 degrees
The temperature on the coast is just below 20 degrees, rises inland to about 22 degrees and can even rise to 25 degrees in North Limburg and Southeast Brabant.

And it will be very sunny. “In June the sun is very high and it is very powerful. When it shines, it immediately feels summery.” You have to be careful: a sun power of 8 or 9 is the maximum achievable in June and this weekend will it be sun power 7.
Burn quickly
“It depends on your skin color, but you can burn and be red in 10 to 15 minutes. Your skin can also be damaged so quickly from the sun without burning. Lubrication is a strict plan.”
