The Miami Heat took a 2-1 lead in the NBA Playoff Semifinals on Saturday with a 109-103 win over the Boston Celtics.
The guests, with Kyle Lowry returning, dominated the first quarter with 39:18 and extended the lead to 62:37. Led by the outstanding Jason Tatum (40 points), the hosts came within a point at the end of the last quarter, but the Heat brought the lead over time.
Jimmy Butler was absent from Miami in the second half with a knee injury.
