Low Influenza Vaccination Coverage in Santa Cruz Raises Concern for Health Officials

The flu vaccination campaign takes place in two stages. The first level, that is It started on May 2 and will last until July 31, It is aimed at risk groups. The second phase, which begins on June 1, will be open to the entire population.

The low temperatures recorded in the region in recent days make vaccination against influenza even more important, as this respiratory disease spreads more easily in cold climates.
