Croatia international defender Diane Lovren has returned to the ranks of her former club Lyon on a two-and-a-half-year deal from Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia. Lovren played for the French club ten years ago.
Lovren, 33, 78 international caps for his country, had his first experience with Lyon between 2010 and 2013, before moving to the Premier League from Southampton (31 games, two goals) for €10m to Liverpool (2014-2020).
