Love Island’s Chris drinks the blood of many viewers. He first shocked everyone by throwing his relationship with Majka overboard and returning from Casa Amor with his new partner Darina. He did not find love with this lady either, and a few days later he admitted that he was still thinking about Majka. In the latest episode, he once again added fuel to the fire when he got his partner’s name wrong during recoupling.
Chris from Love Island is undoubtedly one of the controversial characters of this year’s series. Although he built a relationship with the lovely Majka from the very beginning, he eventually exchanged her for Darina at Casa Amor. The very next day, however, he started crying that he missed Majka. During the recoupling in the latest episode, he even changed the names of his partners and sewed a coat out of shame.
“I’m choosing this girl, maybe there can be something more. Mike…” he stopped immediately and realized what he had done and corrected the name. “You know that I have a problem with Czech. I have a problem speaking Czech,” he tried in vain to iron out his faux pas. “Darinka, you don’t have it easy,” Zorka Hejdová also admitted, to which the rest of the villa nodded.
He also confirmed in a conversation with the other boys that Chris can’t stop thinking about Majka. “I can’t stop thinking about Majka. It’s hard to forget her. It’s hard. We didn’t expect her to go home right away. It’s hard for me to open up to Darina, I opened up a lot to Majka,” he confided and adds that only time will tell whether he will be with Majka or Darina.
Chris claimed that a relationship with Darina has more potential
Although Chris was paired with Majka from the very beginning, and some even considered them to be the strongest couple in the villa with a chance to win, Chris returned from Casa Amor hand in hand with his new partner Darina. Everyone around the fire dropped their chins and there was crying, shouting and cursing. However, the blond claimed that their relationship with Darinka has more potential.
Majka had to leave the villa immediately, which outraged even the majority of fans. Viewers were especially surprised on Instagram about how it was possible that the production sent the beauty home right away. “Why didn’t the production leave Majka in the villa on the couch? She would go to Oliver, Chris would shit, Petra would be in danger, it would just be drama,” fans expressed their disapproval on Instagram.
