AT Loudeac, at boulevard Victor Etienne, close to Domino’s Pizza, a showcase, decorated with sauce Andy Warhol, aroused a lot of curiosity. So much so that there has been a real craze in social networks. Over 300 people liked a page Facebook, and 350 an account Instagram : those of the named L Tacos. The wait is long but the trade is not yet open. What is the reason ?
“We did not send our accessibility and safety file when the premises were rented. I thought you had to wait until you have everything in place before sending it. I requested the mayor’s help to move the file forward. Otherwise, we will have to wait four months, while the SDIS 22 security commission gives its approval. However, from next week, we will be operational. We hope to open on February 10th. “
A family affair
Patricia’s son, Alex, asked himself once: “Where can you eat a tacos in the area?” »Coming from Creteil in the Val de Marne, two years ago, the family Laïb, now residing in La Chèze, noted “that it was necessary to go to Langueux, Saint-Brieuc, Rennes or Vannes to find one ”. It was then that Patricia, with her children, Alex and Jessica, decided to found his own taco sales business. “We tried to stand out, to bring something new to the city”, indicates the manager. “It’s a growing trend,” adds Jessica. The mother will be the boss (she has already managed bakeries), the son will be the cook (trained in cooking and baking) and the daughter will be the manager (BTS commercial on her CV).
