A day before the release of the role-playing game Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, the first reviews began to appear online and not everything was as good as we would like.
The game, in general, turned out to be excellent, but there are many shortcomings and a huge number of bugs. The authors recommend waiting for patches, but whether they can fix boring tactical battles is a big question. According to a writer from PC Gamer (final score 56 out of 100 points) there are a lot of monotonous and boring battles in the game, which simply cannot offer anything interesting in tactical terms. And many other journalists agree with this. But almost everyone notes the fascinating plot and colorful companions.
So the game has every chance to become one of the best representatives of the CRPG genre, but after the developers eliminate all the shortcomings. There were also those who completed the game with pleasure despite all the problems voiced.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will release on December 7th on PC, Mac, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
