Group everything on the same site
He had become indispensable to the enterprise which had been run for three and a half years by Stéphane Roehrig to leave the too cramped site of Marmande for a new space more suited to Samazan. To do this it was built a building new of 2,500m² on a plot of 17,000m² which leaves the company’s 33 semi-trailers the possibility of maneuvering in complete safety and in greater comfort.
Stéphane Roehrig is a pro of the profession, for more than 22 years he has been practicing, he was previously in the Lyon region.
Samazan, home to advancing businesses
The Trazit establishments are located on 1.7 ha in this business area of Marmande Sud in Samazan managed by Val de Garonne Agglomeration. The development of the plots was entrusted to SEM 47.
Of the 160 hectares of the ZA, only 30 remain to be sold and negotiations are going well for other companies to come and settle there. Most of them are companies already established in the territory but which aspire to develop, this is the case of Trazit.

The company with 50 employees has developed in the field of storage to the point that 1,500m² ofextension are planned for 2022.
