On the occasion of the first city fundraiser of the year 2021, theFrench blood establishment once again joins forces with restaurateurs of Bonnes Tables du Lot. During this collection from February 2 to 5, 2021, donors will have the privilege of tasting, after their blood donation, a gourmet snack concocted by the greatest chefs of the Lot!
Seven great chefs from Lot will be present to delight the taste buds of donors: Marc Bozzato from Le Marché restaurant in Cahors, Jean-Claude Voisin du Vinois in Caillac, David Blanco from Côté Sud in Cahors, Julien Poisot from the Table of the Château de Mercuès, Alexandre Marre du Balandre in Cahors, Jean-François Dive de L’Ô à la bouche in Cahors, and Maryan Rak from La Bergerie to Mercuès.
It is therefore a major event to promote the EFS site in Cahors!
