Gadgetren – Samsung still holds the Galaxy Unpacked event every year to showcase its latest technology. Indiscretions have been circulating from the Twitter account for this year @Universeice who said Galaxy Unpacked 2023 will be held on February 1, 2023.
This leak was also revealed by @Universeice in December 2022 and now the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 leak has officially resurfaced by Samsung Colombia which was accidentally leaked via a teaser poster.
However, the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 teaser poster, released by Samsung Colombia, was soon taken down. Many parties on the internet felt that Samsung Colombia may have made a mistake by showing the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 teaser poster first or not following a set schedule.
On the other hand, Samsung globally has not even officially released a teaser poster for the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event either on its US website or via social media Instagram.
Galaxy Unpacked 2023 itself will reportedly bring the latest high-end mobile i.e. the Galaxy S23. The mobile is said to be available in three models which include Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra. Other rumors Samsung will not raise the price for the Galaxy S23 series from previous models.
From reports circulating, the Galaxy S23 will go on sale for pre-order in the second week of February 2023. All variants will be powered by a Qualcomm chipset. Snapdragon 8 Gen2 Octa-Core (4nm) 3.2Ghz supporting 5G network.
The chipset is said to be combined with LPDDR5X RAM technology with a capacity of 8GB or 12GB and UFS 4.0 storage. The top model, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, is said to spread allure with a 200MP main lens featuring optical image stabilization (OIS).
Then the other cameras will use a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 10MP telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto lens with up to 10x optical zoom.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ models will likely carry a 50MP main lens with OIS, a 12MP wide-angle lens, and a telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom. All three are also said to use a 12MP front-facing lens with OIS.
