Thanks to a coordinated operation between authorities of the State and the Mexico City, the detention of eight people, members of the criminal cell identified as “The hearts”, who were dedicated to kidnapping and the extortion in both entities; the leader was detained in the East Prison, from where, according to investigations, he continued to order the plagiarism.
After a series of complaints compiled by the Office of the Investigation of the Kidnapping Crime, attached to the General Coordination of High Impact Crimes, of the Local Attorney General Office (FGJ-CDMX), it was possible to identify the members of the criminal group, led by convicts in seclusion, who from behind bars, coordinated with their accomplices outside; This cell was charged with a kidnapping in the Chalco Valley, State of Mexico, last May.
With intelligence work, the possible intellectual and material authors of the kidnapping were identified, achieving compliance with eight arrest warrants against the same number of people probably related to plagiarism, since in their last kidnapping, although they obtained a million dollar amount, they murdered his victim.
The arrests were carried out in seven simultaneous operations both in Mexican municipalities and in Mexico City mayors, in addition to completing one inside the East Men’s Preventive Prison, that is to say; on the leader who was detained for kidnapping, one more arrest warrant was executed, as they discovered how with a cell phone, he selected and ordered the plagiarism.

The kidnappers were identified as; Polo Páez Medina (a) “El Hardy”, 27 years old, leader and currently in the East Prison, where he was issued one more apprehension order, Rosa Libia Perales Cortes, 30, who was detained in a safe house in the mayor of Coyoacán, Fabiola Robles García, 37, detained in another safe house, but in Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico, Diego Mauricio Martínez Flores, 29, was apprehended at the mayor’s office by Gustavo A. Madero, Jessica Monroy Macías, of 25 years, also detained in Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico.
Too; Esteban Giovanni Gonzalez Gonzalez, 19, who fell in the Chalco Valley, State of Mexico, Dulce Anaid Sanchez Moreno, 20, apprehended in Chimalhuacán, State of Mexico, and Brenda Yaniret Gonzalez Galicia, 18, captured in Valle de Chalco, State of Mexico.
According to the investigation carried out by investigative police officers, attached to the Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of the Kidnapping Crime, Polo Páez Medina (a) “El Hardy”, 27 years old, would have organized and ordered the kidnapping, while the others People reportedly participated in the contact of the victim, the execution of the crime, the sending of a test video to the victim’s next of kin and the collection of the partial payments made.
For the victim, who was kidnapped in Valle de Chalco, State of Mexico, a large amount of money was demanded, in exchange for his freedom, various bank deposits being made to different accounts, however, the lifeless body appeared on May 24 last in that same municipality.
