Los Angeles police accidentally shot and killed a 14-year-old girl. That happened when officers shot at a man who had previously assaulted a woman.
The incident happened at a North Hollywood clothing store in the San Fernando Valley. Police responded to reports of a person being assaulted with a deadly weapon and shooting at a branch of the Burlington clothing chain.
