The footage – released by the Los Angeles Police Department – shows the shooting, which took place on December 23 inside the Burlington department store, which killed 14-year-old Valentina Orellana-Peralta. The teenager was in a shop fitting room when she was hit by a bullet. An agent allegedly fired to hit a man suspected of assaulting a woman shortly before. The images of the CCTV cameras, in fact, show a man who is wandering around the shop, visibly out of control, who throws himself at a woman with a bicycle lock. Shortly after, the agents arrive on the scene who, having identified the suspect, open fire and kill him.
