Two new brochures are now available from the tourist information. The image brochure “Lebendiges Loerrach” presents the sights and leisure activities in Loerrach. A directory of local accommodation providers is also integrated.
The “Lueg emol” magazine will appear twice a year in the future. The first issue gives, among other things, leisure tips for summer in the city. The brochure also contains an overview of the current special exhibitions in the Dreiländermuseum. From July 2021, the tourist information office will again be offering city and adventure tours as well as guided bike tours. The dates of the guided tours from July to September can also be found in the “Lueg emol” magazine, explains Isabel Adelhardt, Head of Tourist Information.
In keeping with the summer temperatures, winding fish are now available again at the Lörrach tourist information office: now in the new Lörrach design.
From July to September 2021, friends, acquaintances and relatives in Lörrach can invite them to visit with postcards from the tourist information office. When staying overnight in a Lörrach accommodation facility, guests can expect a package of discounts: free use of local public transport, free entry to the Dreiländermuseum, a five euro per Lörrach voucher and ten percent off the picnic baskets of local restaurateurs. The postcards are now available at the tourist information and other locations within the city.
The municipality invested around 23,000 euros in the project – and the tourist information office itself contributed a lot, says Lars Frick. The head of the “Culture and Tourism” department expressly emphasizes that the Tourist Information Office has developed very well after moving from the Burghof to its location on the Old Market Square.
