Lorer in economics, ITN take out

BSP with chances for defense

DB will take over e-government

Slavi Trifonov’s party with a chance to lead sports, energy and agriculture

After the scandals in the Ministry of Economy related to the State Consolidation Company, the chances for Daniela Vezieva to remain at the head of the Ministry of Economy have melted away. That is why “We continue the change” urgently decided to entrust the key economic ministry, whose assets still have appetizing privatization companies, to Daniel Lorer. Until yesterday, he was a №1 candidate for foreign ministry.

The new favorite for diplomat №1 of Bulgaria is Dimitar Gardev from ITN, who failed to enter the 47th National Assembly. The other three ministries that Slavi Trifonov’s party can get are the sports ministry – Radostin Vassilev, the energy ministry – Alexander Nikolov, who was nominated for the post in the failed ITN cabinet, and the agriculture ministry – Plamen Abrovski.

So far, only the Ministry of Social Affairs, for which the names of Dragomir Stoynev and Georgi Gokov were mentioned, is probably for the BSP. The Socialists can get the health department, which is one of the most problematic – a candidate for it is Prof. Georgi Mihailov. The Socialist Party has claims for both the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Environment.

It is almost certain that the DB will take over the government for e-government, for which the favorite is the adviser in the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office of Rumyana Bachvarova – Bozhidar Bojanov. The Ministry of Justice will most likely be headed by either Hristo Ivanov or Nadezhda Yordanova.

The BSP is categorically against Boyko Rashkov

“We continue the change” does not want Atanas Atanasov to be interior minister

Boyko Rashkov had ambitions for the anti-corruption commission.

The most controversial is the post of interior minister. Until now, there was no reliable cadre on the list of “Continuing Change” nominations. The “honest coalition” did not want Atanas Atanasov because of his past. They didn’t want Boyko Rashkov either. The BSP is also against it.

There is no clarity about the Minister of Regional Development. If they did not receive agriculture from ITN, then there was a chance to give them the construction department.

For now, the candidacies of Kiril Petkov for prime minister, Asen Vassilev for finance minister and Nikolay Denkov for education minister are certain.

The name of the co-chairman of the “Green Movement” Borislav Sandov, who does not qualify for a deputy in the 47th National Assembly, has become the Deputy Prime Minister for Climate Change.
