This year is the Lord of the Ringstrilogy 20 years old. To mark the occasion, the cast of the film is reuniting.
Every movie in the Lord of the Ringsfilms is a great undertaking, but with great success. In total, the trilogy won 17 Oscars and these are still films that are seen as ‘the’ standard in the field of fantasy films.
The cast got back together
The Alama Drafthouse brings the cast together. For three weeks beginning March 25. cast members are recalled for Q&A sessions. All events are moderated by comedian Stephen Colbert. Just about every cast member with a major role in the movies can be seen in the reunion.

Of Lord of the Ringsmovies are set in Middle Earth, where an epic battle takes place against the evil supervillain Sauron. It is up to two Hobbits to destroy the Ring that Sauron has attached his powers to.
