Loot Distribution Rules – News

Defeat cunning Level Bosses, bravely explore Abyss Dungeons, and more in search of Solisium‘s greatest treasures. Before delving into the loot rules, you must first understand contribution and event items.

  • Contribution: Contribution is earned by dealing damage to the enemy and healing allied players in battle while said enemy is active. Healing contribution is acquired by healing players both inside and outside your party when participating in guild events (Level Bosses).

  • Event Items: Loot obtained during Dynamic Events and collected to complete event progress. For example, the wolf tails in the wolf hunting event.

Below you will find an overview of the distribution of loot according to the activity.

General activities

  • Open World Farming, Abyss Dungeon Farming, Quests, Contracts, Dynamic Events, Co-op Dungeons (excluding final reward chest)

  • Applicable Enemies: Normal, Elite, Elite Group

Distribution rules:

  1. When an enemy dies, loot is assigned to the player who first gained contribution (dealt damage in this case) to said enemy.

  2. If the player is in a group, loot is assigned to the player’s group instead.

    1. In this case, enemy loot items have the same probability of distribution among all party members.

      1. The only exception is that party members without contribution and out of rank will be excluded from the loot pool.

  3. All objects are distributed equally when possible. This means that if there are 10 items for a group of 5 players, each player will receive 2 items. If equitable distribution is not possible, the system will randomly select the player or players who will receive an additional item.

  4. Solente and experience are distributed equally.

Pacific Mode Bosses and Guild Raids

  • Applicable Enemies: Level Bosses and Arch Bosses

Distribution rules:

  1. When a Level Boss in Pacific Mode dies, all players are ranked by individual contribution.

    1. The overall guild contribution does not play a role for bosses in peaceful mode and guild raids.

  2. Players must meet a minimum contribution to be eligible to receive boss loot.

  3. There are two types of loot that come from Bosses in Pacific Mode:

    1. Contribution Loot: Each item is distributed based on probability, according to the individual contribution.

    2. Random Loot: Each item is awarded randomly only to the remaining players who did not receive one of the loot contributions.

    3. A single player is only eligible to receive one of these items, meaning they cannot receive more than one epic gear in a single boss encounter.

  4. Solente and experience are distributed equally.

Example:

Suppose a Level Boss drops the following loot upon defeat:

  • Contribution Loot: 1x Sword, 1x Mask, 1000 Solente

  • Random Boots: 1x Boots

Assuming you have met the minimum contribution requirement described above, if your contribution was 3% of the total, you would have a 3% chance of acquiring the sword or mask. All players who met the minimum contribution requirement would have the same probability of acquiring the boots, regardless of the total contribution. Any player who receives epic equipment will not be able to obtain a second piece of epic equipment from the same boss.

Bosses in Conflict Mode

  • Applicable Enemies: Level Bosses and Arch Bosses

Distribution rules:

  1. Loot is allocated in a two-stage process. First, loot is assigned to a guild, and then to players within the guild.

  2. When a Tier Boss dies in conflict mode, the guild contribution is calculated as the sum of the individual contribution of each guild player who participated in the fight.

  3. Guilds are then sorted based on contribution.

  4. Guilds must meet a minimum contribution to be eligible to receive boss loot.

  5. Loot items are distributed based on probability according to the guild’s contribution.

    1. Note: Unlike bosses in peaceful mode, dying at the hands of an enemy or another player during a boss in conflict mode will result in the player who died losing 70% of their individual contribution, reducing the total contribution from the guild at the end of the fight.

    2. Once a guild has been assigned an item, all participating players in the guild have an equal chance of obtaining the item.

  6. Solente and experience are distributed equally.

Example:

Suppose a Level Boss drops the following loot upon defeat:

  • Boots: 1x Sword, 1x Mask, 1000 Solvent

If players A, B, and C had 10%, 15%, and 20% contributions respectively and all belonged to the same guild, the total guild contribution would be 45%. This means that the guild would have a 45% chance of acquiring the sword and mask. If the guild acquires the skin, then players A, B, and C would have an equal chance of receiving it.
