Al-Marsad newspaper: video clips document the moment when the Lebanese singer, Haifa Wehbe, arrived at Riyadh airport in preparation for her first concert in the Kingdom of tomorrow.
Videos released by social media pioneers showed Haifa Wehbe sitting inside the plane, eating coffee and dates while being hosted at the airport.
A video clip showed Haifa Wehbe leaving the airport as someone took a selfie with her.
Haifa had commented that it held its first concert in the Kingdom.
Wehbe tweeted on his official Twitter account, saying: “I am very happy that my dream is coming true and to meet the Saudi public in Riyadh for the first time.”
And he added: “Thank you, His Excellency Chancellor Turki Al-Sheikh, your ideas and efforts have made the Riyadh season a global luxury event.”
Interestingly, the head of the Entertainment Authority, Councilor Turki Al-Sheikh, posted a tweet stating: “A big party awaits you, which brings together star Elissa and star Haifa Wehbe on October 28 at the Mohammed Abdo Arena Theater in Riyadh City Boulevard.
