Rare banknotes: watch out for this one, because it can really be worth a fortune. Look for it well everywhere. All the details to recognize it.
Very often we found ourselves talking about rare coins whose value, especially in perfect condition, can really add up to mind-boggling figures. In fact, just recently a ramino (i.e. a coin of 1, 2 or 5 cents) which was sold for about 7000 thousand euros.
Well, it’s not just the coins that are rare, but some too banknotes can turn out to be a real one treasure for our pockets. And paradoxically it is also much easier to discover their peculiarity.
You will find them all useful below advice to locate them. Be aware that some of them can really be worth a great fortune. So, check your wallets carefully!
Attention, even the banknotes hide some rarities. Their value is mind-boggling
One of the substantial differences between coins and banknotes is the presence on the latter of a Numerical codealso called serial code which identifies the particular one paper money from the others.
Each of them presents, in fact, a series consisting of Alpha-numeric characters (top right on the back) and a series of numbers only placed, instead, at the bottom where the geographical map of Europe is located.
One of the first rarities is that basically no banknote contains the same numbers. But beware, they have to be necessarily consecutive (e.g. 1111111) and not scattered. From a 20 euro paper money we could make about 700.
Within this macro sectionas many as possible unfold variants: that is, how many consecutive numbers are repeated. It goes from 5 to 11 numbers all equal. From eight onwards we talk about 1 case out of a million.
Very interesting are the defined banknotes radarbecause they contain a series of numbers palindrome. This means that the combination is the same when reading it from both the right and the left. Also in this case we are faced with very rare and difficult to find pieces.

Finally we have the called banknotes Spiceman: these are tests or samples that have been printed for the governor of the ECB. How can we recognize them? Near the watermark we find four numbers, but in particular at a glance a large red writing occupies the entire paper money diagonally.
