Al-Marsad newspaper: A young Kuwaiti man told the details of being attacked by his uncle and revealed what happened to him until he was discharged from the hospital, then the accused fled out of Kuwait.

The young man said: “My uncle intended to kill me after stalking me inside the elevator and he hit me in the head until he broke my skull with a 7 kg dumbbell. He was a doctor and he knew what to do. I was dead and I came back. alive after 8 months of treatment “.

He added: “According to the forensic report, it caused me a permanent disability of 30% and I was surprised that the defendant was released on bail of 200 dinars and the case changed from attempted murder to beating which resulted in permanently disabled, then a month later the travel ban was lifted and he fled Kuwait before the trial hearing.

He indicated that how he would take his right from the defendant while he is on the run and explained that the next session is 10/10/2022 and he will receive constant threats from abroad, but he hopes that the judge will do justice to him and give him the his right.
