Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip circulating on social media documented the moment when a Syrian father threw one of his children into the sea after he died of hunger and thirst.
The video clip showed the father wrapping his son in his clothes and a small buoy and throwing him from the boat into the sea.
The incident occurred during a trip on one of the illegal immigration boats bound for Italy.
According to activists, around 32 migrants aboard the boat experienced a tragedy after running out of food and drink during the voyage on August 27.
