Zhitong Finance APP News, Li Jiande Group (08455) announced that on October 5, 2023, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Longji Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Longji) and China Travel Bus Mall (a company that promotes cross-border e-commerce Mini Home Media Limited (Mini Home), the operator of the event’s online shopping platform, entered into a service agreement (Service Agreement). Longji will provide a variety of Hong Kong brand home products in the CTS Bus Mall, and Mini Home will operate CTS Bus mall, and provides marketing and advertising channels, distribution and logistics services to Longji. The service agreement is valid for one year and can be extended after further negotiation between the two parties.
The Group’s principal business is the provision of interior design and decoration services in Hong Kong. Leveraging on the Group’s experience and business network, the Group intends to expand its business through e-commerce platforms. By entering into the service agreement, the Board of Directors believes that this will be a good opportunity to expand the Group’s revenue sources and enhance public awareness of the Group’s brand, which is in the overall interests of the Company and shareholders.
