Or through supplements vitamin D. According to Dr. Santi, it doesn’t matter where the source comes from. What’s important is the need vitamin D for the body can be met.

Dr Santi also reminded the body of the impact if it lacks vitamin D in the long term. The body will have problems with weak bones, break easily, brittle, and thin.

“Because it works to increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the gastrointestinal tract into the blood. If the calcium level, then the blood will withdraw from food. If not, calcium will attract bones and teeth to be brought into the blood,” said Dr. Santi.

As a result, a person is prone to bone fragility or osteoporosis.
