While teleworking has naturally imposed itself in companies, long-distance teleworking is now making a breakthrough according to a survey.
Telecommuting has experienced unprecedented growth since the start of the Covid pandemic in 2020, and it has now firmly established itself as a new hybrid way of working.
But long-distance teleworking this time, from abroad, is making a push in the organization of companies. In any case, its establishment by a good proportion of business leaders does not pose a problem, far from it even since the latter claim to facilitate it. This is what emerges from a survey carried out on the subject by opinionway : 35% of business leaders ensure that their employees can telecommute from abroad if they wish.
If tech-type profiles were those who were naturally the most inclined to practice long-distance teleworking, things have changed on this point as well. For this leader of a start-up, all profiles in the tertiary sector are affected by the phenomenon.
If European countries are still a favorite destination for teleworkers, other more exotic ones appear such as Thailand, Bali or Argentina among others.
