London to deploy anti-terrorist units for Taylor Swift concerts

Taylor Swift is going to close her Eras Tour world tour in Europe in style: with five concerts in the London’s Wembley Stadiumwhere he already performed in June.

The recitals will take place on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th, and after them, The artist will rest in September and in October the tour will resume in the United States and Canada, closing it with the concert on December 8 in Vancouver, the last of the 60 recitals of the Eras Tour.

But this final part of the tour is being overshadowed by the Islamist terrorist threat which forced the artist from Pennsylvania to cancel the three concerts she was to give at the Prater in Vienna on the 8th, 9th and 10th.

For this reason, the next five London concerts are going to be a test of fire in terms of security and as published by the portal TMZ.comAnti-terrorist elements are to be deployed in the British capital.

Part of this deployment will be private, he says TMZand one of the main objectives will be to guarantee the security of whats miles and miles of fans who will meet outside Wembley.

TMZ quote to Ben Knottdirector of operations at FGH Security in England, says private security companies work with police outside of events where fans gather, and are typically tasked with tracking down suspicious individuals.

According to him, anti-terrorist security forces usually deploy uniformed personnel in street clothes, whose job is to look for strange people in the crowd. If someone is inspecting the area in Search for cameras and policethat would be a sign that something is wrong and security agents would approach.

In most cases, we’re told the tactic is to be friendly with the suspicious individual and ask if they need help with anything, but if security detects even the slightest hint of something wrong, they will call the police immediately.

Officially, London’s Metropolitan Police says: “There is nothing to indicate that the matters being investigated by the Austrian authorities will have an impact on upcoming events here in London.”
