Loli Island VIP guest list exposes major earthquake in American politics
In recent days, the VIP list of Loli Island released by the New York State Court in the United States has been widely circulated around the world, but it is true and false and full of rumors. The most widely spread news in Chinese circles is that people who visited the island include former US President Obama, current US President Biden and former President Trump. But after checking mainstream media reports, I found that these three people were not on the list.
Among them, Trump was indeed mentioned in the court documents, but he did not appear on the island. In the testimony of the victim Johanna Sjoberg, she said that due to weather conditions, Epstein’s plane was unable to reach the island and could only be diverted to Trump’s Atlantic City casino in New Jersey. Said he would call Trump. The court did not accuse Trump of any wrongdoing.
“Jeffrey said, ‘Great, we’re going to call Trump and we’re going to…’ I don’t remember the name of the casino, but ‘We’re going to go to (Trump’s) casino,'” Sjoberg said.
This is good news for Trump. The two fell out in 2007, and Trump banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago country club because he had an affair with the daughter of another Trump member.

VIRGINIA GIUFFRE is also one of the dozens of underage girl victims on the sex slave island. Clinton is mentioned more than 50 times in nearly 950 pages of evidence. Giuffre argued in a June 2016 filing that Clinton should be forced to testify. She believes the former president is a “key player” in the defamation lawsuit because of his close ties to Maxwell and Epstein.

Historic ruling to bring Trump’s voting rights appeal to Supreme Court

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled last month that former President Trump could not run in the state’s Republican primary because of his involvement in the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
This is not only a very troublesome matter for Trump, because if the verdict is ultimately established, it means that other states controlled by the Democratic Party can also adopt this method to directly expel Trump from the 2024 election. Now, many states are indeed ready to take action. At the same time, the bigger trouble is that the Republican Party in the United States can theoretically retaliate in a similar way, which will usher in a major crisis for the U.S. Constitution.
However, a major change is now coming, that is, Trump’s appeal to the Colorado Court has been accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court. In this way, the ball was kicked to the feet of the nine justices. Experts believe that the Supreme Court has several options. One is to exempt Trump from candidacy challenges once and for all and directly rule that his name can appear on the national ballot. Another option is to make a ruling that is not favorable to Trump, so that the United States will fall into an unprecedented constitutional dispute in the next year.
There is a middle path. Wendy Weiser, director of the Democracy Project at New York University’s Brennan Center for Justice, believes the Supreme Court could also seek a middle ground. She said the justices could use delaying tactics and simply express agreement with courts in Michigan, Minnesota and Florida that the insurrection clause does not apply to primaries. That would mean more steps to be taken if Trump is to win the Republican presidential nomination.
However, I think the Supreme Court is most likely to rule that Trump is eligible to be elected. There are two reasons:
First, the Colorado court cited improper laws. In a petition filed late Wednesday, Trump and the Colorado Republican Party said the provision cited by the state’s high court, which is part of the post-Civil War 14th Amendment to the Constitution, does not apply to the president unless Congress first acts. Otherwise it cannot be implemented. The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution targets those officials in the rebellious southern states who decided not to allow those who were defeated on the battlefield to pull the United States back to the line of secession through elections.
Second, and most importantly, Trump has actually been found not guilty of the January 6 incident. We know that the spirit of modern law is to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and the trial of a sitting president in the United States is actually an impeachment initiated by the House of Representatives, and the Senate acts as a jury to make a verdict. On February 13, 2021, when Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate voted to reject the impeachment clause against Trump for “inciting insurrection” on the fifth day of the trial.
So I think, in the end, the U.S. Supreme Court, with conservative justices now accounting for the majority, makes a judgment that upholds constitutional principles. Is that so? Let’s wait and see.
