While the T-ara bullying controversy was brought to light for the first time in 12 years, an official confirmed that “the rumors about Hwayoung’s bullying are true.”

On the 15th, YTN Star released an interview with two officers who were in charge of rap training for trainees and artists from Core Contents Media when T-ara was active.

Lee Joo-hyo, who was in charge of singer training under Core Contents Media between 2010 and 2013, said that she had seen the group chat room of T-ara members when Hwayoung was unable to perform with her due to a leg injury.

Lee Joo-hyo said, “It’s true that Hwayoung was bullied,” and said that she was surprised when Hwayoung apologized for not being able to go on stage due to an injury casually, all the members responded with ‘LOL’.

Also, “Harassment doesn’t always have to be physical. “Hwayoung was very worried due to the harassment of the members, and even expressed that she wanted to leave T-ara.”

Tarae, a trainer who worked with Core Contents Media from 2010 to 2011, said, “One day, Hwayoung came in with red cheeks, so I asked her why, and she just gave a vague answer. Anyone who looked at it could tell that it was a mark from a hit. “I asked, ‘Do you think you’ve been hit with this? ‘ and only then did he say, ‘I was hit by OO,’” he said, revealing that there was violence between the members.

The T-ara bullying incident that affected the entertainment industry in 2012 resurfaced recently. Kim Gwang-soo, CEO of Pocket Doll Studio, who was the CEO of T-ara’s group at the time, appeared on MBN’s entertainment show ‘Let’s Go 3’ on the 9th and called out the ‘Hwayoung bullying controversy’, saying, “T “I didn’t do anything wrong.”

Afterwards, Ryu Hwa-young, the person involved, said via SNS, “I would like to sincerely ask CEO Kim Kwang-soo. What is the purpose of airing a story that happened 12 years ago, mentioning real names, and making references completely out of place? He countered by saying, “I am confident that I can reveal the facts of that time,” and the battle of truth continues again.

After debuting with ‘Lies’ in 2009, T-ara loved it by releasing several hit songs such as ‘Roly Poly’, ‘Cry Cry’, ‘Lovey Dovey’, and ‘Yayaya’. However, in 2012, Hwayoung’s image took a hit when rumors of bullying arose, and her agency went under when it announced that Hwayoung was being released.
