Lokomotiv-Kuban has signed a contract with the American-Slovenian center Jordan Morgan under the 1+1 system.
Jordan Morgan is a native of Illinois (USA). His professional career began at Virtus Rome in the 2014/15 season. He also competed in the championships of France, Greece, Slovenia, and Turkey. Morgan’s last club is Turkish Konyaspor. Last season, the player played 21 games in this team, his statistics – 17.8 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
Russian fans know Morgan from playing for UNICS Kazan. In the 2020/21 season, the center helped the team win silver medals in the Eurocup and VTB United League. The player plays for the Slovenian national team, the press service of the “railwaymen” reports.
As Kuban News previously reported, last year Loko signed a contract with 28-year-old American forward Chris Horton. He played in European championships for five seasons – he played in France, Greece and Hungary. In the French “Nanterre” he was the leader of the championship in rebounding (8.0 per game). Twice he was invited to participate in the All-Star Game of the French Championship.
