As it became known to the Championship, Lokomotiv plans to acquire a goalkeeper in the upcoming transfer window, which in the near future will be able to replace Marinato Guillerme.
The list of “railway workers” includes several names. One of the two priority options is the goalkeeper of the youth team of Russia and Krasnodar Denis Adamov. Two factors stand for him: the cost, which is estimated lower than that of other goalkeepers on the short list, as well as the potential, which, as the Moscow club believes, is higher than that of the other candidates.
Guillerme has been protecting the colors of Lokomotiv since 2007. This season, the 34-year-old goalkeeper took part in 20 matches of the Russian Premier League, in which he missed 19 goals.
