A 62-year-old dentist was leading the criminal court of Saint-Nazaire on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, tried for “fraudulent abuse of the ignorance or weakness of a vulnerable person to induce him to a prejudicial act or abstention”. He was assisted by the Parisian lawyer, Mand Philippe Besis. The prosecution ultimately maintained the period from 2006 to the end of 2008.
