In the north of Nantes (Loire-Atlantique), of them burglaries were committed in the night from Saturday 13 to Sunday 14 March 2021.
A burglar-bar, a burnt vehicle
The first was reported to Casson (Loire-Atlantique), in one tobacco bar. Burglars have “Stoned the metal curtain ”of the establishment to enter it, specifies the company of gendarmerie d’Ancenis (Loire-Atlantique).
A vehicle was then found, early Sunday morning, in Petit-ars (Loire-Atlantique). “There is undoubtedly a link between these two facts”, specify the gendarmes, but the investigation is still in progress.
A Petit-Mars business also burgled
And it is also in Petit-Mars that a second burglary was reported. This time, it was an electronic cigarette store that was targeted at around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.
It’s a break and enter. The store access door was forced open and a glass door was broken. The individuals were hooded. They filled bags with products from the store, appliances and also packages intended for customers.
The damage amounts to several thousand euros. The investigation is underway, led by the gendarmes of Ancenis and Nort-sur-Erdre (Loire-Atlantique), helped by the criminal investigation technicians.
