Quebec was in the spotlight yesterday in New York, as conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin and director François Girard performed a grandiose concert, the likes of which are rarely seen at the Metropolitan Opera.
The former delegate general of Quebec in New York, Jean-Claude Lozon, was there.
He points out that the role of the Quebec delegation in the big apple for culture is enormous.
The Lohengrin show at the Metropolitan Opera, according to him, was exceptional.
