The Junior Business Analyst plays a role starting from exploring the needs of work units to obtain appropriate alternative solutions to assisting work units in the development process, designing policies, procedures and user requirements as needed.

– S1 graduates from all majors in Engineering, Computer, Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics

2. Product Development Staff
This position acts as a product owner who will be involved in various projects at BCA.
Requirements:
– Have an interest in the analysis and development of digital products
– Have an interest in technology / SCRUM
– Have the ability to think logically and systematically
– Bachelor Degree (S1/S2) with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
– Open to all majors, preferably for a background in the IT / Engineering field
– Fresh graduate or maximum 4 years experience in product development
– Maximum age 30 years old
– Placement in Jakarta
3. Relationship Officer
BCA’s Relationship Officer has a role to ensure that customers get financial solutions that suit their needs, including analyzing creditworthiness for potential debtors.
Requirements:
– Minimum education S1 from all majors
– Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) is 2.75 from a scale of 4.00
– Maximum age 24 years old
– Have an interest in entrepreneurship in the world of work
– Love the world of marketing / business
– Enjoys building relationships with other people
– Have good negotiation skills
– Able to work under pressure
– Have a desire to achieve
– Not married and willing not to marry during education
– Willing to undergo official bond after education
4. Data Analyst
Data Analyst on duty:
– Perform quantitative and qualitative data processing to gain a thorough understanding.
– Gain valuable insight from data that has been processed to be used as a basis for decision making within the company.
– Presenting and presenting reports on the results of data processing to BCA’s top management.
Requirements:
– S1 graduate majoring in Statistics / Mathematics / IT / Economics.
– Minimum GPA 2.75 (4.00 scale).
– Maximum age 26 years.
– Have broad knowledge of macroeconomics.
– Have good English skills (oral and written) and able to make presentations in English.
– Willing to learn and develop themselves.
Have an interest in or master the basics of PHP, VB, Java, SQL
– Mastering the techniques and analysis of statistical data processing.
– Having experience as a Data Analyst and having the ability to use Power BI, Qlik Sense, D3 is a plus.
5. Data Center Specialist
Assigned to manage data center operations and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) which includes maintenance, supervision and development of data center facility infrastructure facilities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.00
– Background majoring in Informatics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Information Systems
– Male, maximum age 26 years old
– Willing to work with shift system
– Able to work together in a team
