MADRID, 25 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Russian authorities have announced this Saturday the location of the ‘black boxes’ of the cargo plane crashed on Wednesday in the vicinity of the city of Khabarovsk, located in the southeast of the country, an event that resulted in the death of the six occupants of the device.
“The black boxes where the conversations of the crew members and the technical parameters of the flight are registered have been found and seized,” the Russian Department of Regional Transport Investigation has indicated, adding that documentation and means of technical control have also been recovered, such as and as reported by the Sputnik news agency.
The bodies of the occupants of the crashed plane, an AN-26 cargo, were found during the day on Thursday. At the moment the causes of the accident are unknown.
The wrecked plane belongs to the Flight Inspections and Systems company, which specializes in aeronautical systems testing, and was carrying out a technical flight to verify the operation of security devices at Khabarovsk airport when it disappeared from the radars.
