For this new program, Planète Locale, a program broadcast on BFM Marseille Provence, with Gomet’ as a partner, gives the floor to Pierre-Andre Aubert. The founder of the first solar restaurant in Europe, The Omen, presents the many advantages of this new way of cooking. The company has just closed a fundraising of 235,000 euros. A sum that will allow Pierre-André Aubert and his teams to settle in a ” garden restaurant complex “, more spacious, by the summer of 2023. Work should begin this summer. In the meantime, Le Présage continues to welcome its customers in its solar-powered guinguette located in the Château-Gombert technology park (13th) – the temporary establishment reopens in March. The interview is moderated by Sophie Hébrard (BFM Marseille) and Rémi Liogier, journalist at Gomet’.
In the “news of the week” section of Local Planet, we talk about the industrial demonstrator inaugurated on Friday February 18 in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, at the gates of the Camargue. This new platform will allow the company Eranova to transform green algae from strandings into biomaterials. What to make, for example, garbage bags more respectful of the environment, and to avoid the use of polluting plastics as much as possible. At the end of the show, Rémi Liogier presents the object of the week: a coffee table made from recycled plastic caps. The high-end product (280 euros) is manufactured in Gémenos (13), in the company’s workshop CarbonBlue. The brand also offers armchairs and garden tables.
