Their ideas were simple but good. As proof: these companies had succeeded, since their launch in the midst of a health crisis, in developing and retaining local customers. We can cite, on the one hand, Akareva, this workshop-press designed by Matthieu Gru and installed at the Plaine des Bouchers. On the other, La Fermentatrice, a structure specializing in the production of lacto-fermented vegetables put in jars in the Port du Rhin district by Céline Kihm. What do they both have in common? Promoting fresh, local and organic products, while succeeding in convincing consumers to “eat better” and even to “eat responsibly” with healthy and elaborate recipes. Rather promising.
