Local artists had their place in the 51st edition of the National Lemon Festival. Like every year, the Mercedes Sosa stage at the Villa Miter Club served as an impetus for numerous folklore talents.
The Prefestival winners, who performed on both nights, opened the show. The night also featured the presentation of the CutralCo Delegation, Eugenia Nich, Pedro Acosta and Los Festivaleros, Dana Quiroga and Guadalupe Aguilar.
The mayor Javier Noguera presented a distinction to the Delegation of Tafí Viejo ‘Tafí Vocal Group’ for their participation in the Festival. The group also made an emotional tribute to the remembered ‘Titi’ Enrico and ‘Kirby’ Nieva.
Dance was also present with the dancers of the Ballet ‘Bewitchment of my Land’ and the Lemon Ballet. Around 18,000 people celebrated this edition, which included a food court and a craft walk.
