In October we set a new record for the platform in terms of total returns to our investors. Compared to September, repayments and recoveries (excluding interest) increased by 19%, from €14.7 to €17.8 million, while investments increased by 6% (from €9.2 million in September to €9.8 million). . € in October). Refunds and Collections

In October, €13.7 million in loans were repaid, and another €4.1 million came from loans obtained. Investors thus received a total of €17.8 million, i.e. €19.3 million including interest (another historical benchmark for the platform). A total of €1.5 million was repaid, which corresponds to an average return of 8.96% pa.

The majority of recoveries came from defaulted loans in Lithuania (€2.75 million) and Latvia (€0.6 million). Most of the loans repaid came from Finland (€5.7 million) and Estonia (€5.5 million). It should be noted that as repayments continue and our outstanding portfolio decreases, our delinquency rate increases.

The sharp increase in repayments not only strengthens our operational efficiency, but also contributes significantly to our investors’ trust in us.

Lending

The stability of our lending figures continues to be a positive aspect of our activity. In October we successfully originated loans worth €9.8 million, mainly in Estonia and Lithuania, with an average loan-to-value ratio of 50.76% and an average interest rate of 10.8%. Each of these new loans meets the exact standards set out in our updated credit policy.
