Where do I contradict this? At the bank or at Schufa directly? Sorry for all the questions, I’ve never been in a similar situation

If the loan is terminated, a Schufa entry is usually made. Since the claim is not controversial, I am not quite as optimistic as beekeepers.
But the Schufa entry does not automatically mean that the building financing will blow up in your face. This is possible, but unlikely, provided the Baufi is served according to the contract.
Will fixed interest rates on building financing expire in the foreseeable future? Then the Schufa entry would actually be very hindering.
When I answered, I assumed that the canceled loan and the Baufi were at two different banks. Is that so?

That sounds good at first. In 11 years you will also be able to get rid of the Schufa entry, should one occur.
Banks find out about such entries, but as long as you serve the Baufi, nothing should actually happen.

@shopgirl: But we are sure that if there is an objection – no matter how unjustified – no entry can be made?
and
1. I understand the facts of how many installments were not paid and how the subsequent agreement restructured the payments (extension of the entire financing or catching up on the installments while at the same time maintaining the previous installment payment plan)
2. What kind of damage is threatened by the Schufa report? Proof of a deterioration in economic conditions and then cancellation of the building financing? If the remainder is paid after the loan has been terminated, this is more evidence of an improvement in the economic situation because it can now be repaid without installments.

For example, are you referring to this? … tober-2022
Anyone who is affected by such entries and disputes the claim must therefore have the right to defend themselves against it in a timely manner. According to the Chamber, this had been violated in this case.
How is that supposed to work if the report is justified?
I am now assuming that the debtor is notified about the data being passed on.
Then theoretically there shouldn’t be a single entry in Schufa, as long as all debtors object.
I would think that would be great, since I’m not a fan of Schufa either, but that would reduce the whole system to absurdity.

Beekeeper@
I don’t fully understand this part
1. I am aware of the facts of how many installments were not paid and how the subsequent agreement restructured the payments (extension of the entire financing or catching up on the installments while at the same time maintaining the previous installment payment plan)

@ shopgirl
also before BGH BGH
Judgment dated March 19, 2015
I ZR 157/13
Schufa note
and LG Frankental
Nobody does it and if someone were to do it, the creditor would have to eliminate the objection of the “unfairly” contradicting debtor…
@Mellie1606
I couldn’t understand: were the installments extended – did x installments remain the same amount – or were the unpaid installments added to the next additional ones, so that the last installment didn’t have to be paid later than originally agreed – but then write but let’s see what amounts were involved and how subsequent payments should be made

I couldn’t pay two installments. A €179
I then called at the end of August and asked if I could pay the total amount of the two installments and the August installment together. The consultant then told me that we could divide the amount into 4 parts and add them to the installments of September, October, November and December. So the sum was increased to €277 for the 4 months. This installment was always payable on the last day of the month. She pointed out to me directly that system-generated reminders would continue to come. This is also stated in the written agreement. I could ignore these. I did that in September. I was supposed to arrive on September 30th. pay. Since my child was hospitalized last week, I forgot about him on Monday and caught up on Tuesday. When I came home with the child on Friday, the notice of termination was on my cupboard. Written on October 2nd.
