LNA Santé confirms its roadmap

(Boursier.com) — In the 2nd quarter of 2022, the average occupancy at LNA Health represents 93% of EHPAD capacity, with an occupancy rate in the Comfort range above 96%, and in the Elegance range above 92.5%, both up compared to the 2nd quarter of 2021 (+2 points in Comfort and +3 points in Elegance), thanks to the efforts made in the marketing process. The occupancy rate of establishments at cruising speed was 95.5% excluding home hospitalization in the 2nd quarter of 2022, an improvement of 5.6 points compared to the 2nd quarter of 2021.

At the end of the 1st half of 2022, LNA Santé’s Operation revenue reached 334.5 million euros, up 8% compared to the 1st half of 2021 (309.8 ME), of which 7.3% growth organic. Overall revenue for all activities over the half-year amounted to 359.9 ME (338.1 ME a year earlier). It is up by +6.4%.

Perspectives

The Group confirms its roadmap and now anticipates organic growth in its Operating revenue of around 6% for the whole of the 2022 financial year, an improvement in its net income and its operating free cash flow and significant organic debt reduction.
