Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris will miss the Champions League round of 16 matches against Italian AC Milan due to a knee injury, according to The Telegraph.
The 36-year-old goalkeeper was injured on Sunday during Spurs’ 1-0 victory over Manchester City in the Premier League. After a medical examination, the goalkeeper found damage to the ligaments of the knee. The Londoners captain is expected to be out of action for six to eight weeks.
As such, Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte will be forced to enlist the services of reserve goalkeeper Fraser Foster, who has featured in both Spurs FA Cup ties and made two other appearances this season.
