According to sources, the white powder was discovered on the estate last summer, in the days before Truss won the Tory leadership race and became British prime minister.
A staff member said he tested the powder using a swab that changed color when in contact with cocaine, and this indicated the presence of the drug.
Possession of cocaine is a criminal offense that can result in up to seven years’ imprisonment or an unlimited fine, says the “Guardian”, quoted by BTA.
In July, the government took new measures against casual drug addicts, saying their passports could be confiscated, the paper added.
