Fixed-term rental contracts are now the rule in non-subsidized housing. The Chamber of Labor recently again campaigned for the abolition in a broadcast, especially among large commercial, institutional landlords (apartment house owners, insurance companies, funds, etc.). Only private individuals should be allowed to rent for a limited period in order to secure their own needs.
