Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool’s manager, stated that the team is facing a left-back crisis after two players in that position had injury problems and hopes that Joe Gomez, the versatile defender who has to be moved to play, will not be injured further.
Liverpool are currently missing two natural left-back players, namely Andy Robertson, who has a right shoulder injury. and had to rest since October, including most recently Costas Tsimikas, who had a broken collarbone.
