FC Liverpool footballers claimed their first loss of the season in the English Premier League. Coach Jürgen Klopp’s charges lost 2: 3 in Sunday’s match of the 11th round of West Ham.
Fifteen minutes after the hour of play, in which the “hammers” scored twice and took the lead 3: 1. Pablo Fornals took advantage as he curled the equalizing goal into the top corner, just out of the reach of the keeper. Arsenal had a fantastic opportunity to put Emile Smith-Rowe up another goal 56 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was allowed to take it quickly by the referee, much to the dismay of the goalkeeper who wasn’t prepared. The “gunners” have not lost eight consecutive doubles in a row after an unconvincing start to the season and have scored fully in the past three. Watford is in 17th place, two points above the descent line.
